Sellers – it’s FREE to register

The deadline for registering has now passed, however, if you email sustainablerampton@gmail.com with ‘Yard Sale’ in the subject area, including your address we’ll add you to the downloadable map.

Yard sales are a great way to sell your used or unwanted items, as well as a good way to interact with your neighbours and the local community.

It’s that time of year …summer’s half way through, autumn’s on its way and Christmas is appearing over the horizon (eeek!).

Nearly time to put away those summer things, dig out those jumpers and take stock – what fits, what doesn’t.  What do you use/need, what just sits gathering dust?

Maybe you’ve been meaning to have a big clear out or just a general declutter?

Will you use that old bicycle again?  What about those toys your children have grown out of and/or other things that you/your family no longer use that are taking up valuable space?

Any and all of the things that you no longer need or want may be useful to someone else.

By joining in with our village Yard Sale, you could make a little money and also help to reduce waste through this community sustainability event, enabling re-use, recycling and maybe even some upcycling.  A win win!

Your address will be added to the Rampton Yard Sale map which will be available from 1 September from the Black Horse Pub and this web page.

The yard sale will be advertised in Rampton and surrounding villages via flyers, Facebook , social media and other sustainability groups. Feel free to spread the word yourself.
